The NC DARE Officers Association’s 5th Annual “DARE to Fish” Bass Tournament on Badin Lake in Stanly County NC will be held on April 28th, 2018. Over $2000 in monetary prizes and several thousand in raffle prizes were awarded at the 2017 event and anglers were also treated to breakfast and lunch. The NC DARE Officers Association is a 501c3 organization made up of law enforcement officers throughout NC. The NC DARE Officers Association’s mission is to train new DARE officers and provide in-service training for current DARE officers within the state of NC at no cost to their represented agency or the tax payer. DARE officers bring top quality life skills training to the students they serve via the DARE program. The NCDOA is completely funded by donations and is a non-profit 501c3 organization and all contributions are tax deductible. Thanks to everyone for their support at the last event and we look forward to seeing you again at the 2018 tournament.
