Ceramic artists Matt Schiemann, Eric Botbyl and Todd Pletcher will share their combined experiences on a myriad of topics: transitioning from academia to the real world, developing a personal body of work, graduate school, residencies, apprenticeships, wholesale, retail, craft shows, approaching galleries, choosing the appropriate clay body and glazes, how to effectively set up your studio, packing and shipping, and marketing through social media. *This is a 6-day workshop, meeting from 9am – 5pm each day. Registration fee is $495.
