Church St. in Asheboro and will continue throughout the streets of central Asheboro before finishing back at Memorial Park. The course is USATF certified course (NC-04069-PH).
This will be the 40th Annual Randolph County Fall Festival 10K Run. The 10K (6.2 mile) run will be held on Saturday, October 7th, 2017 beginning at 8:00am. The race will begin at Memorial Park, located on
Age Divisions for the 2016 run are as follows:
Male: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & Over.
Female: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & Over.
Each participant will receive a “Fall Festival 10k” T-Shirt and race number. Race awards to be given out include: Trophies to the top 3 male/female overall finishers, medals will also be given out to the top 3 male/female finishers in each age division.
To participate in this year’s 10K, the cost is $20.00 in advance and $25.00 after September 27th. Entry forms will be available at the Asheboro Cultural & Recreation Services office and may also be downloaded here soon. For more information call, 336-626-1240.
