-1 Rep Max in 5 Minutes
*Dead Lift (12pm-1pm)
-1 Rep Max in 5 Minutes
*WOD-10 Minute AMRAP (1pm-2pm)
-Pull-ups/Push-ups/Sit-ups
-RX-No Modifications; Scale-Bands/Modified Push-ups
